Stamping

Iltomgroup, in particular Iltom spa and Fraven, uses materials having undergone top quality heat treatments which allow manufacturing dies able to meet a wide range of production needs.. 

Both small jigs (200 x 200 mm) and big ones (2700 x 1400 mm) are designed, manufactured and tested by our technicians.

Besides the jig manufacturing, the state-of-the-art machinery fleet of IltomGroup allows the company to provide forming, wire electrical discharge machining - plunge EDM services, small, medium or large-lot productions, automation and stamping services.

The experience accrued, the high-quality products manufactured and the technicians’ reliability have allowed the company to acquire clients from the most diverse product sectors: automobile, cycling, electromechanic, household appliances and IT sectors.
